So far, So GOOD!
Well today is day number 7 and all seems to be going well thus far. I ran into a bit of a snag with the website design. I think my lack of knowledge on changing things around didn't mesh too well with the theme I originally chose. But after choosing another theme things are progressing in the direction I'm happy with. Continuing to add content based on "low hanging fruit" and fairly pleased with the evolution on the site itself.
Still a challenge to not compare my very new website to some that I've read reviews on and have obviously been up and worked on for some time. Very impressive. I continue to find inspiration in everything I read and every site I visit.
Lessons here are very engaging and enjoyable. I can't remember the last time learning something was so rewarding. Especially since you can actually see your progress as your going along.
One of my initial goals was to have a (one) website up and running by day 10, so I think I'm on track for that. But still working on things... so we'll see.
My fiancee is very proud of me. I'm not sure I see why but I'll take it. I rely on her view sometimes as I can't always see those things about myself. Absolutely great call to get involved here at Wealthy Affiliates! I feel very direction / goal oriented at this point and not so much dreaming of what I could do. I'm actually doing it!
My goals I think are pretty simple. Follow direction, do my best to produce the best quality content I can based on what I'm learning here, Create a website that is helpful and entertaining. Hopefully make some money with those things and repeat! Thus creating a self employment situation that I can live and thrive on.
