We are only human after all !
Change sounds simple but very difficult to accept, well it happens because of many reasons and different on each and every occasion . I guess even at WA the change had to be done not to scare us but rather it was a business decision .When there something new around you you just struggle to get used to it not because you hate it but because it hasn't sinked in yet that things won't be the same and you just need to rep your head around it .I am also struggling on my side the system is so slowly and I think I understand why there are lot of things that need to be done to secure us and the business.
Anyway that is my opinion , based on my knowledge about change, I hope everything will run smoothly again for every body

The more you work with the changes, the easier it gets. Take about 10-15 min and just look around. It's not as bad as it seems at first.
