Sorry to interrupt, but there is a misunderstanding here..
Get started landing page work the same as Siterubix + WordPress which mean you can't get it hosted here in WA. The instructions given to you is a way to connect your domain from places like godaddy/namecheap to getstarted.com (where you build your website).

I am trying to build a new website but for days the page does not want to continue on step 3: Choose a look for your website. The themes dont show hence cant proceed to step 4.
Does it not show any themes at all because if it shows at least 1 the then you can change your theme after you have made your website. If it's not showing any themes and your device is working correctly, then you need to raise a support ticket. I would also let Kyle or Carson know (not both) and hopefully that will get it sorted for you.
Whilst you are waiting for a reply try accessing the theme section on a different device just in case there's something wrong with the device you are using at the moment.
