I just want to say thanks to everyone who has been following me here at WA. Thank you for your kind words of encouragement and prayers for my wife. I received good news from her yesterday (22 Oct 2013) after she visited her oncologist and got her latest scan results.
Praise God that her latest results showed no signs of cancer cells. Her Dr initially told us she had to go in every 3-6 months the next 5 years but it has been reduced to yearly visits for the 3 years because of such positive results. Things will be no less challenging as she has life long medication to take that is literally keeping her alive. I'm just very thankful that the prognosis is good and she has a high chance of living past 60. God willing, she will be around to see our grandchildren.. although its easily 20+ years to go before our son is old enough =)

Congrats! I will pray for you both. Check out the advantages of women with cancer taking extra vitamin D. Just a thought.....
