How to create a balance between needs and passion?

Hi All:

Hope everyone is doing great!

I have been literally struggling to manage my time between work, family and (if any left) for my passion (of blogging).

Does any/every one has the same experience in present/recent past? If yes, I will be all ears to a solution that worked. We all work very hard but I am keen to know from this family (WA) about their experience of managing time between different roles that we play.

I have been carrying a "guilt feeling" of not been able to give time to my "third baby" that is Wealthy Affiliate off late. I can't ignore my responsibilities towards my family either. Paycheck to Paycheck life sucks, but goes on till my online business becomes independent.

Your inputs/feedback/comments will help.

Cheers,

Sushil

Hi Sushil I hope that you get things sorted. On the road to where we want to be one of the best things we can do is find that balance between what we want and the needs of the people around us. The journey becomes a lot easier if we manage to take them with us. Communication is the key.

Hi Sushil!
It's ok, just don't allow guilt to work it's way in on you.

Here are a couple of new blog posts from earlier this week that I think you can find interesting. They both have great information and TIPS that will help you organize and structure your day and schedule. :o)
