Remember To Just Breathe

I am not quite sure what it is right now. Maybe there is something in the air. Over the past few days, I have received a few calls and texts from people in a panic. Some type of disaster has happened in their life and they just need someone to help them. I feel good because they chose me to come to for comfort and support. That tells me they believe I have something soothing to share with them.

Someone sent me a text today in a panic. The first thing I said in my reply was "just breathe...it's going to be ok."

A lot of times as I am going through training, having to write a new article, or feeling frustrated, I have to remember those same words....

Did you know taking deep breaths calm you because neurons in the brain are triggered then telling your body it's time to relax?

So the next time, you are feeling panic, remember to literally, just breathe and relax...it's going to be ok.

It really feels like tour talking to me directly lol.
I have been through a lot lately and just feel like at times I'm falling apart lol I constantly have to remind myself that tomorrow things will look much better. I personally want to say thanks in behalf of everyone else for being there for them. You rock!!!!

This is real nice, well stated. Certainly a good reminder to step back, and reassess, all while "BREATHING". Then we can see that most things are not as big as they first seem.
