What is your favorite Wordpress Theme to use

So, I'm curious for everyone out there...what is our favorite WordPress theme to use? If you're creating a new niche site, do you stick to using one WordPress theme all the time or do you switch between WordPress themes?
And, which ones do you use frequently, which one's work best for you? I'm thinking of going into two new niches, and I can't make up my mind on what is a good enough theme to use?
What WordPress themes work best for you, or would you think that a theme is "niche specific"?

I think some themes lend themselves to specific niches (photography, travel, image heavy niches) better than others. But with 1000s of them available, not to mention the premium builder themes, that question is just too hard to answer specifically.
