How can I access my website without premium?
Will my website still run like normal and will I be able to edit it without premium?
Hi, when premium ceases you cannot access platform.
Therefore, you need transfer your websites to another hosting service / registrar before premium expiration. Site support keeps a back up for 60 days, however I'd advise backing up your domains. You can use AIO WP Migration or Updraft plugins.

when you stop paying your site goes offline
it is stored for 60 days - so make sure you take a backup
you can move it ( if it is a domain) to another hosting platform
but if you don't pay - you don't get the service
think of it as your mobile - if you run out of contract do you still expect the same service?

If you are leave WA, you need to move your site to another host before you leave. That's for any domain you own. However, if it's a siterubix (subdomain) I'm pretty sure you just lose it.
If you have a dot com and don't move it before you leave premium, I think it's lost, too.
