Out of the kindness of your heart, being the generous soul that you are..... you want to share your wealth of knowledge with me and teach me HOW to be rich. And how to get rich. Because you're rich. So you would know. Right?

You're going to show me how I can buy buildings or houses with no money. I can use other people's money. That's great. Because I certainly don't have any money. Oh, and I can get my first check within a couple days of joining your program. And all it'll cost me is a simple fee of $800.

Let's try this--------you can show me how easy it is to make so much money and get so rich, and quick.........

and then, as soon as I get my first check, I can give you that $800. That should work, right?

If I had $800, why the h*** am I coming to a free seminar on how to GET rich!!!?!?

When I tell you I don't have that kind of money, you tell me I should borrow it or "rework my budget" to accommodate it (a/k/a rob Peter to pay this guy), but do whatever it takes so that I can TEACH you how easy it is. But y'know I can't do that until you cough up the money.

They teach you how to ask someone for use for their money. They encourage that you start with family, of course. Who needs pride? It's over-rated!!

So here are the numbers I figure being very conservative. Assuming $1M in a year. He charges $800 a person for their program. 1,000,000 divided by $800 = 1250.

If he can get 1250 people to fall for this, there's $1M. I'm sure you do provide some kind of training crap, videos, testimonials, and some resources on the real estate market. Probably not anything I couldn't find out on my own.

Then you want me to get more people to join your program? You want me to convince people to scrape up $800 for this? Is it really worth that? Do you know how hard I have to work or save to come up with that?

Sorry, now I digress. I think I've expressed the point I was trying to make. Thank you for reading.
