Hello, fellow members of Wealthy Affiliate! My name is Alex, I'm twenty-four years old, and I'm from England, Great Britain!
When I was born, I was diagnosed with three disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Learning Difficulties, and Hearing Impairment. So naturally, I'd face barriers that would otherwise be simple for some people, like having a social life.
However, I have a strong passion for learning new skills. I want to prove to others that disabilities shouldn't stop you from pursing your dreams. I'm currently training for a marathon, and the furthest I've gotten so far is eleven miles. I'll be breaking my record soon.
I spend the last year, trying to figure out what do I want in my life. I used to think that I don't want a career because I could receive unnecessary pressures to myself. While I'm happy with my life, (A great family, a steady job) I want to change it for better. I want to see how far I could get myself even with my disabilities.
Now, I'm currently reading on Anatomy and Physiology before I'd join an online course to work in the fitness industry. I've been working out at the gym for five years and developed a healthy body. Before I'd joined, my inactiveness had caused my body to become so skinny, I could see my ribs without sucking in my guts.
And on the side, I'm teaching myself how to code because with everyone using mobile phones and computers nowadays, I might've well make myself valuable by developing skills to help them out.
I'd look forward to meeting all of you and learn great things! Don't be shy to say hello! Until then, have a wonderful day! :)
XeblaRacer's Goals 3
Money I would be happy earning
£30,000 - That would be enough to help my parents to pay off their debts.
Money I would be ecstatic earning
£50,000 - Not only it would give my parents pensions, I'd be giving myself freedom to accomplish whatever I want.
Time I'm willing to invest to achieve my goals
Depending on what's happening in life, I'd be willing to dedicate myself to pour most of my times to acheive my goals. After all, it's much easier to look forward to life when you have goals.
