Finish Strong Friday

We woke up this morning to about 4" of new snow on the ground - well, on everything actually. It is amazingly beautiful, but it makes all the outside chores we have to do here considerably more challenging. But... The goats have to be fed (as well as the chickens, llamas, sheep and horse.)

So we made a party out of it. Put on this groovin' music, danced as we donned our chore clothes, and even took a snow sled with us up to the barn. (That was hilarious.)

Now we're back, and it's time to put my nose to the grindstone - I still have an article and two videos I'm hoping to wrap up today to finish out the week. And honestly, with the extra time everything took this morning, I don't know if that's going to happen. But I'm energized and filled with joy. And in my opinion, that's a much greater position of strength than an empty inbox or checked off to-do list.

So I just wanted to take a moment and encourage the rest of y'all: finish your week strong. That may not mean that you get everything accomplished on your list, but make the best of whatever circumstances you find yourself in. In fact, make a party of it.
