Just answered a question about the difference between finding an Amazon review and looking for goods online, answer to it is below:

"The United States is so competitive when it comes to selling things that most indutries (especially the ones that offer a commodity-like good or service) are in hypercompetition, which basically means they are selling the same exact thing as the other person, but they found one little way to differentiate it.

In my opinion, this confuses the heck out of people so they look for sound advice. Random people can't be trusted so who do they look to? A leader to show them the way.

I think your focus when doing a website for product reviews should be to lead, because people want to be shown the way in situations they are unfamiliar with."
