What Can You Teach Others?

As I learn from so many people here within this wonderful WA community to grow my site; I feel bad that I can not contribute back with training tools for others.
When I was doing my daily reading of short passages in the Bible it dawned on me that I can teach what I do know about. Health and Fitness

Since it is the beginning of a new year and many people are making goals to live a healthier life style, I figured I can give some advise to start those who have these goals.
What to stay away from:
Soda
Diet Soda
Fried Foods
Lots of Sugar
Fast Food
Processed Foods
Frozen TV Dinners

Now don't get upset with me. LOL
You might be asking: Alright what can I eat and drink?

You can have water and add lemon, orange, grapefruit, cucumber, strawberries to the water. Create your own flavors. All of the above are great antibiotics, and have a detoxing affect. Green Tea, Coffee with no creamer are some other suggestions.
Instead of frying your food learn to bake. This is the better alternative
Cut back on the amount of sugar you eat. You love yogurt? Great! So do I, but look at the sugar content in the ones you eat. Try to get the ones with 12 g of sugar or less.
Go ahead and eat that cookie you want, but only eat 2 not 4 or 6. Don't have that kind of control? Don't buy it then.
If you have to go to a fast food joint; avoid the mayo, avoid the french fries, and don't get that milk shake or soda.
Learn to make things from scratch and avoid the boxes with powder mixes.
There are many recipes for baked chicken that all taste great. You will learn to get your flavoring through seasonings, and you will not rely on the fried taste. Use lean ground beef or ground turkey when making your burgers, chili, or spaghetti.
Just like anything it takes baby steps to make these changes. Once you start your body will thank you. You will start to feel better and you should notice a difference in your skin.
Now get up and start walking. If it is cold outside climb the stairs several times. You can do squats, no weight needed. Just the weight of your body works. We call this body weight squats. Do anything to get yourself moving and get that blood pumping.
