I am now one day past 75 and it feels like I'm just getting started, in my mind of course.

Early that morning, yesterday morning, I begin to get calls, wishing me a Happy Birthday. First my wife of 47 years, soon to be 48 years, a retired nurse but still works 2 - 3 days a week, called and said, happy 75th Happy B' Day. Wow! It hit me, 75 years old.

Then the phone started to ring off the hook. First my children, I have a son and a daughter whom have both made us very proud, my grand kids, great grand kids, nieces, and nephews, great nieces and nephews, friends and church members. What a feeling?

There was a reflection with every call and I thank God for all the memories. I just felt like I was at the very beginning of my life. I could not believe I had reached such a mile stone.

Everyday is a blessing, and I try to replace everyday with something good and hope that that it will benefit someone.
