Dreams Do Come True.But there are bumps

Dreams Do Come True... but there are bumps along the way and possibly even landslides. Ya for me my latest dream, has been more of a landslide. But I still chuckle. My real estate agent just shakes her head at me. When things are out of our control, we really can't get bent out of shape. We need to focus on what we can do to improve the situation.

Back in November, I posted about a retirement property my husband and I bought. We did the stupid thing, I would say impulsive, but it wasn't and put a firm offer on our dream property. OK, this wasn't to happen for two years, but this property is everything that we wanted and more. Got a great offer on ours, day before it was to be firmed up, the buyer backed out. OK, disappointing, yeep, but we still had time.

So moving along, closing date is January 16, no buyer, so we are stuck in a pickle. OK there are solutions and although they are costly, we have proceeded to implement one. I am not whining, we have choices, we made one and we will learn thru the process. I am still excited to have this new property, just need to juggle lots of things.

So we took a leap of faith when we bought this property. It's all going to work. It was a lot of work to get it all set up, but we did.

So what I am saying, is WA is a lot of work, there will be bumps along the way and possibly even landslides. Ask the community for help, don't give up, keep looking forward, don't procrastinate and most of all have faith, you apply the training and good things will happen.

Dreams are the inspiration for our future - the bigger the dream the harder you work for it! Want it bad and then build the plan to
