So Your Are WA-Weary and Only a Few Weeks In?
No Fireworks Yet?
You followed the steps, see no results, and you don't care to get back to it.
What you are experiencing is expected. The only thing needed is a switch of perspective.
This is not a job where you submit an application, follow some instructions which represent a minute segment of a larger company process, then get a paycheck in a couple of weeks. Instead, this is entrepreneurial.
You enthusiastically started a project where you followed steps which should lead to your monetary goal. But then at some point it's just not so sexy anymore.
What Happened?
Similar to farming.
A farmer (back in the day when they had more control over what they did and less imposed on them by government and food scientists) would be all energy - planting seeds in a prepared field.
Then what happenned?
Nothing, seemingly.
The next morning, nothing. No plants popping out of the ground.
But, does the farmer abandon the field?
Of course not. Is he as excited and hopeful. Well . . .
Know the Process
It's more of a knowing that if he continues to water and whatever other relevant stuff he does, all is well. He understands germination. "Germination is the process in which a seed changes from a state of dormancy (just a seed) to a growing, living plant," (Hunker). It needs time and continued nurturing.
That's where you are now in the process of fulfilling your expectations via WA: That period where you don't see how what you just did gets you 'the money.'
The farmer couldn't see it either, and won't for several weeks. But, she knows.
Things Aren't What They Seem
How do we know that the farmer didn't just abandon the field then got a shock several weeks later when the crops started to push through the ground?
On a small farm we may see scarecrows or inflatable humanoid shapes for scaring the birds digging up the seeds. On larger farms the budget may allow for ultrasonic repellent, a motion activated system or other protective systems.
Is the farmer crazy for protecting a field which appears dead or unchanged despite all the effort and energy she has invested? No.
Why the protection. His expectation.
Why the expectation. His knowing.
Why the knowing. His invested efforts.
Why the investment. It's proven.
Others have successfully done the same.
Your Next Move
Review the lessons as needed, ask specific questions to ensure your time is spent carrying out
the right activities; attend the Friday night training or watch the archived classes; check out some tips from your peers (WA community).
All that goes toward forming good entrepreneurial habits, becoming an expert (or matching with a niche that better pleases you), and allows you to continuously develop on this journey to the money.

Hi Una
You have definitely grasped the way forward - well done. Pace yourself so your energy levels are maintained, as Fran says below, sometimes the seeds take a long time, just keep watering and fertilizing. I've learned a lot about patience in this online world - from learning how to build a site, just how much I do not know and how much there is to learn (the frustration that came with that) to how long it all takes to build a successful online business. This is the long game. So rewarding and such a great adventure!
Wishing you every success!
Blessings
Louise
You've got the idea. I wish you great success. Sometimes those seeds take a long time to grow, but you just keep watering them and fertilizing if necessary, and grow your patience while you wait.
