I'm Starting A New Blog

I started my first blog here at WA about five months ago. It's just starting to get organic traffic. It's a teaching blog, so that makes me happy, because teaching is one of the things that I am trained for, and one of the things I do best. BUT... It's not my passion.

So today, I'm launching my Blog #2, one that I feel much more passionate about. It's going to double my work load, but I think I've finally wrestled my health problems around such that I can do both blogs. I made my first post on my new blog, last night, and I'm really excited to get going. This one will be a labor of love.

WA Makes It Possible

WA makes it affordable to have multiple websites, because we get up to 25 where we buy the domain, and 25 as a siterubix subdomain. I don't have to worry about it.

Fifty Potential Posts!

I sat down and thought up about 50 potential blog posts already. I was never able to do that on my other blog, and frankly it's getting more and more difficult to figure out what to write about on my first blog, which is why I widened my niche a bit.

I spent an hour and came up with 50 potential posts for Blog #2 ... FIFTY!!! It was so easy! It's amazing how coming up with ideas is when the subject matter is one that you love. Now I wish I would have done the second blog, first.

I don't look up my keywords ahead of time. I know, it's backwards from the training. I prefer to write what I want to write, and then find keywords to match. It hasn't failed me yet, and it makes writing so much easier.

So now, I'm staring at this loooong list of possible things to post, and I have to decide on one ... So many choices! I LOVE HAVING CHOICES!!

Write About What You Think About

Is there something that is constantly on your mind? Maybe that should be the subject of your niche! If it's something that you're thinking about all of the time anyway, why not make it easy on yourself and use it as subject matter.

My Design Work Is Done

I spent hours and hours, working on my design for Blog #2, because It's something that I plan on looking at for a long time, and I don't want to get sick of it, lol. Now it's time for content. Did I mention I already have 50 potential post ideas?! I'm kind of giddy about that.

Keep Your Eyes On My Profile

Once I have a few posts up, I'll be adding the link to my profile for my new site. I'll also be asking for site comments and site feedback, after I get some more set up.
