I just realized that since starting my affiliate marketing journey a couple of weeks ago, I've neglected a lot of my fitness endeavors. Not the worst thing ever, as this community may be my "magnificent obsession" now, but I noticed that a lack of intense physical exercise has had a big impact on my overall mood and motivation.
From my personal experience, success in health and fitness is an excellent foundation to overall success in life. At the end of day, we are not just our brains, but a whole body.
I was experiencing some writers-block today, so I decided to push myself into the gym and do some squats. It was a brutal work-out and I couldn't do as much weight as I use to, but I made sure I completed the work-out. Now, I feel, not only more peaceful and emotionally stable, but as if my creative juices have been more replenished too. Actually, studies have shown that squats and brain health might actually be correlated. It definitely feels like it.
