"The Employee Mindset"
Don't get me wrong, though here throughout WA community program, we've got nearly everything on a silver platter. A powerful proven system, documentation that it works for many people from all walks of life, and top ranking mentors helping you along the way. But that doesn’t substitute this: You Must Take Full Responsibility For Your Own Results In Business And Life. No matter how powerful something is, no one can force you to do it. No one can make you change. They can give us the most powerful and luxurious car in the world, but YOU have to learn how to drive, get in the car, put the key in the ignition and drive the distance. You are the driver of your life. So commit to being a “no excuses” type of person and take personal responsibility for your results in business and life.
"People with the “Employee Mindset” are afraid to take a single step forward, until they see a clearly laid out path in front of them. They need to know all the answers first. Entrepreneurs and the Wealthy jump off cliffs and build the plane on the way down. They get comfortable with things being imperfect. They don’t have to know the next step before they move forward. They go full force forward without having to know all the answers first.
It’s completely true that your greatest successes will come from something that you feared doing, or you didn’t know what the result would be. There was no clear outcome. You have to learn to detach yourself from the results and fears you have of taking the right actions moving forward.
It’s like walking up a flight of steps to success, except the each step up is in complete darkness. It doesn’t appear until you take the next step forward before you even see that it’s there. It doesn’t appear until the feeling of falling is in the pit of your stomach. The unknown. That’s where the success is.

so very true. Besides fear there is procrastination...I am sure your blog will give a few persons a different view of approach now. Thank you.
That's really how I have approached this whole thing of obtaining my yearly membership. I'm just starting out. I really don't know what lies ahead, but I'm taking that step of faith and enjoying the journey along the way. Thank you for a very encouraging and informative blog.
Wow, I like your statement "Entrepreneurs and the Wealthy jump off cliffs and build the plane on the way down". Do I have the permission to use it?
Your thoughts remind me of my dad. As a launcher of multiple businesses, he was asked one day by a a college professor to partner with him in a manufacturing business. He refused.
When I asked him why, he replied "I will never partner with someone who waits a year to get a raise" I want someone that can take bold decisions and handle the financial risks"
College professors can be good business people as well but that was my dad's answer at the time. Maybe he noticed that he is a risk taker!
