Are you feeling paralyzed? Overwhelmed and not sure what you will do now. Breaking up, separating and divorce can all be challenging; especially during this time of the year, The holidays. If you're like me, I always had this vision of what the holidays were suppose to look like and it wasn't being alone but guess what? You may not have what you envision at this time but look at it( your current situation) as time to heal, time to grow, time to plan for your future. This is a time to be optimistic, not sad. This is a time to create what you do want and there is no room for sadness in your creation. You must see yourself in the picture before it can become your reality. Everything in this world was created in someone's mind before it became real. As long as you have life, there is still room to create a new picture. Don't put limits on your life, on yourself. Imagination is a powerful tool, create a vision board with the time that you have off for the holidays and start creating that next chapter. It is as real as you make it! Love and Blessings.
