Blogging for the first time

This is my first blog. I’ve been with WA almost 3 months as a premium member. I’m not sure what I should write about, but I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years, so I think something in the health field, (my specialty is Cardiology) should be my focus. I have tons of stuff I can write in that area. Things that I have educated my about time and time again. Things like “Sex after open heart surgery”, and “Good food, although it’s heart healthy”. Give me some feed back on this please, and let me know what you think collectively. I also published my first communication on Wordpress. I’m not sure I know this difference between the “outside blogs”, and the WA blogs. And for Kyle directly, am I transferred to the WA domain. I paid 13.99 for the transfer. Was I successful at transferring my domain to WA. Please get back to me and let me know. Meanwhile I will continue to complete the lessons, and pray for the day that I am successful in this business. Thanks for the support of the WA community. You guys are awesome, and made me feel welcome from day one. Thanks for the followings. I tried to follow every one back who followed me. Peace and prosperity to the WA Community

You have very impressive experience. I believe it can be shared with the audience.
Excellent ideas are expressed in your post. Good luck.

I think you've got good ideas to start your writing. WA blogs are posts within the WA community on this specific website. Your "outside" blogs, are the blogs you will be posting on your domain. Did you pay $13.99 and bought your domain name from WA? If so, there is no transfer. That's your domain and you can start developing it here. If you paid the $13.99 to someone else, then you'll have to do the transfer and if you do a search at the top of this page, it will give you the step-by-step instructions to do that. I hope that answers your questions. Also, I'm a newbie too and here's a newbie tip from me to you: Go to the rank button under your profile and follow at least 25-50 of the top members shown there. You will then receive their training, tips and help. You are going to love all the help and training you get through WA. Start with the Training button and get going! ;)

Thanks for the info SachiKashi. I did purchase my domain from WA. At least that's what my bank account says. The first time it was cancelled. But I went back the second time and it was accepted. I wanted to check with Kyle to see if the WA domain was actually purchased. This is all new to me, and i admit I'm a bit confused with all this technical jargon. I'm not sure I understand what "plugins" are or even if I have my website set up properly. I did publish my introductory post on WordPress. Is this where I will posting my outside blogs? I need some answers please. I work with computers daily at work. I even train new nurses on the Epic system. But here I feel lost . I will continue with the lessons, and as you suggested, follow 25-50 of the top members in WA until I get the hang of it. I'm not giving up. I want to thank the WA community for their support.

I am so with you there on all this technical jargon. I was so overwhelmed when I first joined that I actually quit and then realized that WA had everything I need to be successful so I jumped back in again. There are ads out there saying start your blog in 5 easy steps but there is sooo much more to it than that. So your Blogging for the first time post IS seen by people online but was not published to your website. If you wrote a post on your website and published a post, that's different. I'm not clear on what post you're referring to. The best advice is to do the training and you may need to go through it more than once. It will make sense as you progress, I promise. Here's my post on my journey that may help you with your feeling of being lost. You're not the only one in that state - there are a lot of people that start where we're at!

Thanks guys. I knew I could depend on the community. That's the answer I need. Still waiting on Kyle to tell me whether or not I'm on the WA domain. Thanks again guys. Jerry I'm following you

Being a food loving cook I am always interested in the heart-healthy aspect of food and so This would definitely be something I would be interested in reading. That said I do believe you have great ideas yourself so go onward my friend..be brilliant!

Respectfully David

I have a pacemaker and have to take a baby aspirin every morning to keep the blood flowing. Most people don't consider this a blood thinner but I know it is. Have to stop it when I'm going to have minor surgery so it must be. This would be a good topic for a blog/post.

It seems as if you have already answered your own question as to what your niche should be. You gave a couple of good spins on what you can write about.Good Post.
