Hi Whitney, seems you have got some good answers. I would kind of lean towards, site help, wa support or just send a e-mail to Carson or Kyle. Also there are a lot of good ambassadors like Triblu, you may want to try. All the best.

Hi Whitney!
You may try with G Suite Toolbox Check MX
I don't know if this will help but maybe you can fix the problem after the check. I didn't do it yet because I didn't have that kind of problem so far.
Otherway, it is always best to contact WA technical support.
Best regards!
Hi Whitney!
Were you able to fix this? As far as I know, WA support is able to do it. They were asked and I was told they could do it. You can't do it on your own, just they can.
Please let me know.
Any comment from the community will be welcome.
Thanks,
Tom
Your name servers also dictate where your mx records go.
If your domain name is whitneykay.com
when someone sends whitney@whitneykay.com an email it goes to the name server and looks for a MX record there.
Unfortunately Wealthy affiliate doesn't support custom MX records.
Workaround:
You can create new email address that match your old ones in the site Rubix Mail section.
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/email
The email will go to the new email server here at WA.
Email will try to send itself up to 48 hours, afterwards the sender will get a bounce message.

How long ago did you change your DNS settings for your domain?
It can take up to 48 hours for the new host settings to be propagated throughout the internet.
Keep checking in your Site Rubix > Site Builder. In the Site Builder at the top, click the big button to create a site "on your own domain". Once your domain is in the menu below that, select it, and you're off to the races.
Now, if you already created a free siterubix site, you can "move" it to the new domain, once the domain shows up in the site builder, and you have used the site builder to start that domain in wordpress.
Is this what you mean? Have you already built a free site? If that's the case, I can expand my explanation a little to show you how to move it.

OH, and yes, I have already created the free site. So how would I move it if that is the case?
First things first. Log in to your free site and click over on themes and make a note of the theme you used, because it's possible you will have to reselect that theme for the new domain.
Also go down to the tools menu in the wordpress dashboard and select "export". Then download the resulting export file to your computer, for a backup, just in case you need it.
-------------------------
Once you see your GoDaddy domain listed in the Site Builder area of SiteRubix; and after you selected the button to create a site from your "own domain"; and it finishes creating a WordPress site for you; it should show a small picture of the new site in your Site Manager.
So now in the Site Manager area, you will see both a picture of your free site; and a picture of your new site; where you can login to either one.
There are small icons to the right of these pictures. Look for the tiny "move" icon next to your free site in the Site Manager. Click that, then select the new domain to move it to. It will be obvious, once you click the move button.
Give it some time. Then log back in to your new site and your pages and posts should be there. You may have to search for your old theme and load it to the new site (using Appearance > themes). And you may have to reset a few settings. But all in all, it should look pretty much the same.
If you have a lot of material, give it time to commit this "move".
Hope that helps!
