Almost one month in and STILL no money?
I have been with Wealthy Affiliate for almost one full month now, as a premium member, and still haven't made any money.
Does anybody else see how ridiculous the above statement is? I actually have been with WA for almost one month and haven't made a dime, but I never expected to. I haven't even monetized or advertised my site yet http://buildadvertiseprofit.com (cheap plug).
I have however, learned a lot of valuable information and made progress on building a foundation for my online business. I still have a long ways to go, but the future looks very promising.
I'm not chasing the money, i'm just having fun building and learning. I have been Premium for nearing a month now, and I am looking forward to many many more months with this great community.
I have been through phase one of bootcamp twice. And am getting ready for my second run through phase two of bootcamp. I find it helps me to do all the lessons in a phase, and then go back and do them again.
Thanks for reading, and good luck in all that you do.

I prefer doing both at the same time. But that is probalbly because my niche allows me to advertise products and focus on content at the same time. I guess it depends on your niche and what you expect of your business. I expect to get money sonner rather than later but that is because of the confidence boost it gives me when I'm writing content. Taking your time is good but over confidence can take you a mile. Don't be to lax and patient in your business plan. Agrresiveness is the way to go. At least that's how I see it.
I am not doing the boot camp training at this time, but have been working on building my first site. I love the training and am learning so much! I definitely don't expect to be making money anytime soon, but I am having fun and helping others. (And of course I haven't learned how to monetize my site yet, lol!). It seems once you get started on this journey the excitement of building something of your own becomes more important than wanting to make quick money!
My website is almost 4 months old and I'm not even contemplating monetising my site at this moment in time. First I want to build content, gain traffic, engage with my audience and only then will I focus on the ££$$.
Yep. It is always nice to make some cash, but this is a business, and it takes time. As long as we persevere, and keep at it, the money will flow. Until then, there is much to learn and implement. Great post, and keep at it.
It is a process. The money will come when you master the skills.
