A hassle trying to purchase a domain

Well, I am trying to buy a domain on siterubix but since it is based out of the USA my bank declined it. I called my bank to get clearence and they blocked it because it showed it originating in Isreal.
Well, I went to the local store and got paypal prepaid card, activated it and linked it to my paypal account. Still no bueno.
So I called the customer support number on the back, entered my card number and pin when prompted.

When I finally got on with a live person. She asked me my name I used to activate the card. Well it was a go around. Then she said she was going to transfer me back to the automated service.
So I said no thanks. I will not be recommending the paypal prepaid card to anyone. Now I can't access the funds I deposited on my card.
So be ware and if you get a paypal prepaid master card. I hope your luck is better than mine.
