Is This Possible With Getresponse?

I'm trying to figure out how to do something with Getresponse but I'm not having much luck at all. I've tried asking support but they told me it's not possible, however I may have not explained things very well via the live chat support.
I'm going to try ask support again but figured I'd ask here too.
This is what I want to do:

- Client inputs new customer details into a webform.
- Customer is then sent email #1 asking them to take a moment and leave some feedback on a recent purchase/service.
- If the customers does NOT click on the link inside email #1 two days later email #2 goes out asking for them to leave feedback. No click, then same process and email #3 goes out.
My problem is if a customer clicks on the link and checks out the feedback, I do not want email #2 or #3 sent out to them.
I know that I can check the analytics stats and see who opened, who clicked etc, but I need to automated this process.
Do you know if what I'm trying to achieve is possible or how can I make this work?
