Should I just import the settings from the All in one SEO? Sorry if I am bothering you for asking so many questions!

It's late here, I'm just checking a few things before shutting down for the night.
If you're using "All in one seo" then I would recommend sticking with it.
Both plugins are very similar it just happens that I use this one on a few sites.
My post was just to make people aware that the plugin "Wordpress SEO by Yoast" needs to be updated as it has some security holes if you do not update.

Hi - yeah, import them, then give your posts a quick once over.

I prefer Yoast's SEO plugin as it has a visual guide (green, yellow, red light) to indicate if you've got things right. But as Craif says, they essentially do the same thing.
