I Have Nothing Particular To Say
I have nothing particular to say. I am just rambling here purely and exclusively for the sole purpose of engaging in a "writing warm-up" or "writing exercise", for lack of a better phrase.
Singers have to warm up their vocal chords.
Athletes have to perform stretchs and warm up their bodies before their starting their exercise regimen or before the start of their game.
So therefore, it follows that writers should also do "warm ups"?
AMIRIGHT?
I have no idea if that is a thing.
But right now, methinks I am currently experiencing a "mental block" that is holding me back from resuming the article I had started writing. Not sure if this what "writers block" is.
But whatever it is, I figure I whould at least write something... albeit freehand, in order to get the gears turning in my mind... and get me conditioned back into writing mode.
Ok thank you for reading my rant.

Indeed, sometimes you need to unblock your brain :) I also use a similar technique from time to time.
