I understand you are overwhelmed. And for me the language was a barrier too. ( On mac, apple and safari there is a translation icon now, making it easier to grasp. )
What I did first? Clicking around the platform and look at all the menus and training. So, try that, to get an idea of it all.
And then? ... start the training in top menu by clicking on hubs.... just follow. 😀
