Due to a severe hearing loss I am unable to understand the speakers on the training video. Just after I joined WA a member messaged me and told me how to do it. I guess it did
Thanks, I was afraid oif that. When I first joined, witghin a half hour, I mentioned it in a reply to a welcome post. A member, whose name I cannot recall gave me instructions to do it - mnot actual captions but the text the speaker is using. I wish I could recall who she is.
