Why does my WA not show the Grey, Green and Blue horizontal bars at the top left of the page like I see on all the videos online??
Without checking, are you watching older videos that show how the site looked before recent upgrades? The WA website has a black horizontal bar at the top now...

The WA layout recently received a major facelift (what you see now) and Kyle has been busy trying to get all of the training videos updated. Introducing The Brand New WA Experience. This is BIG. Hope this helps you.
