Are you ranking yet? If so, I'd consider sticking with the domain name you have. If not, then moving shouldn't be too bad. Yes, it's the same process as before; got to Websites>Site Manager, click on Move and select the new domain to move it to.
I am not ranking, not even close. I am 10 days in and still feeling my way around. Thank you so much for your help. This is twice you have helped me. Keep a record. I owe you big.
Thanks

If your that set on getting a different domain name I would do it soon before you put too much work into it.

How far along should my website be before I seek feedback?
So that's a catch 22. In the training you're urged to seek feedback early. This is really just to get you familiar with the tool set available. That said, I'd wait until you have a handful of decent posts and have the appearance to where you're satisfied and looking for advice. Once you hit that point ask for a feedback or two and see what recommendations come in.
Wayne,
I usually ask for Site Feedback on a website once I have
it all set up with a few blog posts - maybe 4 at least along
with the welcome page - about me page - privacy policy -
and affiliate disclosure page.
This will give me an idea of what the layout is like if the
site is easy to navigate and what someone thinks about
my website overall :)
