Five Days In
It is Saturday Nov. 24 marking the start of my fifth day of involvement with WA. The experience has been great. So many people with similar goals and the desire to create their own means of changing their lives. I am very excited about this opportunity. I have completed the first 10 lessons and have a created a website.
This excitement has led to the weirdest thing. I find myself setting down at the computer flooded with ideas to put on my site. So many in fact that I struggle to keep them all straight. The funniest thing is that I still fumble around and figure out how to add a post, then I realize that I have forgotten how to create a menu tab. Then it is back to the lesson. (Play, pause, type, rewind... play, pause, type, rewind) This cycle has been endless for 4 days.
Fortunately I have been a high school football coach and math teacher for the past 25 years. Perseverance and commitment are staples that I have tried to instill in others for a very long time. Coach Paul William "Bear" Bryant once said, "If you believe in yourself, have dedication and pride and never quit, you will be a winner. The price of victory is high but so are the rewards."
So for the next months and years I will just keep typing and hitting rewind until the rewards come.
Wishing you the best in your WA experience
Thanks for your time,
Wayne Frazier
