At Last! Posts Finally Indexed.
Just when I was starting to think that my posts weren't all going to be indexed on search engines, what seemed to be impossible finally happened. Just know, within the last 12 minutes, NINE of my post have finally been indexed.
YAHOO!!! It's about time.
I started My WA website in , (I think), October or November last year and between then and a half hour ago I only had five of six post indexed.
I'm thinking this is some kind of a break-through because now people will be able to find my posts and some good things might start to happen.
I have been quite discouraged over the last couple of months because of this and have not felt very motivated or focused on writing content but seeing all those notifications has really given me a lift and I am starting to think that maybe I CAN DO THIS.
What are your experiences when it comes to getting posts indexed. Have you also waited months for this to happen???

Thanks, Robert. It sure took a long time and then "BAM!!" 9 indexed at the same time. But don't know where they rank.

I received notifications from WA.
In the box on the left that has your profile picture in it. Click on that and choose account settings.
There you will see "General Settings". Below that you will see "Email". Click "Edit" and you can enter the email address you would like to get all your notifications in.
I would suggest that you have an Email address that you can use exclusively for that purpose because they can pile up quickly. I have one for personal use and one for All my WA related emails.
You will get notifications from those you are following and when posts are indexed and from other social networks you are involved with.
That's about it. Hope it helps.

That's great Wayne. I understand how you felt. My experience has been much the same and about the same timing. I too am hoping this is an indication of better things to come....for both of us!

I don't know about you but, for me, it's one thing to get encouragement from other members which ARE tremendously appreciated. It's another kind of encouragement, though, when you see your hard work get indexed on search engines.
To me, it means that yes, I am doing some things right after all and it's also proof that the training here in WA DOES work and we can have confidence in that.
We just need to keep moving forward and not give up. It will all be worth it in the end.

Most definitely, Jules. Having doubts about ones ability to do this is not a nice feeling. I can't tell you how much I needed to see this.

Glad it finally happened for you. There's no predicting how or when Google will do something, so don't be discouraged - the most important thing is that it finally happened!
