Ask yourself,
Have I really tried to do _________?
Have I given _________ 100% of everything I have?
Have I faced my fear of ____________ straight in the face?
What if you do?
Just think about what you could achieve!
If you hear voices in your head that say
“You’re not going do it", "You can't do this" you never will!
You need to stand up against those voices.
What would happen if you didn't listen to them?
Next time you hear those voices say “What are you afraid of?”

I'm just 25% thru it, and have also sent it to my Kindle so I'll see it tomorrow (I read almost every morning on my Kindle) -- this is definitely something to fully read and then apply.
