In one of Kyle's lessons, he said that it's best not to change a post/page title because of SEO.
I made a post in my site before. Today, I updated and restructured the who

Steve has a good suggestion. Google will take about three months to start giving you more exposure. If visits start tanking after 5-6 months than try changes. But, you can always write more posts with new target keywords and interlink those to the less performing posts.
Meta-title and url should not be changed. But you can do so if you wish to start it from the beginning. Changing title is not problem, it is not the same as meta-title. See a lot of discussion here: Can the title of the post or page be changed?
So if you do decide to change the title to hopefully get better rankings in google, should you also change the permalink /title?
Nah you shouldn't ever change the Permalink after a post is published cause that page would already be indexed. As long as the keyword is in the link then you have nothing to worry about.
I have changed titles on articles numerous times.Don't change the title if you are getting good visits, conversions etc. If the visits are crappy, yah, I have changed the title with better results too.

The Certification Courses are probably the best way to start. They talk about finding your niche and walk you through setting up your website e.g the best url to choose etc and how to use key words in your articles to produce traffic. Once you have the basics. then you can start on the class rooms.
