Followers

Who are they? Followers are people like you and me. What do they do? They pursue, chase, and supersede to become leaders. What do they want? Relationships with people like you and me. Followers are your friends and network community at Wealthy Affiliates. People need relationships to grow and enhance their lives. Followers follow you because they want or need certain things that you can provide and offer. It may be career related things or spiritual or emotional things or self-confidence things or life style things or health things or adventurous things or material things. Whatever category that follower's need falls under it is our responsibility as a family in WA to encourage, guide, assist, and provide them with it.

So with that being said, I want to humbly thank all my 92 followers for giving me the courage, guidance, and assistance I need. I also want to apologetically say that if I did not return the follow, I did now because you matter to me regardless of rank and accomplishments. Your success matters and if I can help in any small way to make that happen than by GOD I will. I am thankful and grateful that you want to have a relationship with me.

Leaders

Who are they? They are people like you and me. What do they do? Leaders conduct, set the pace, and Shepherd. What do they want? Leaders want to effectively influence others, set visions and priorities, and build relationships with people like you and me. Leaders need followers in order to be forerunners. Leaders supply trust, compassion, stability, and hope to their followers. Leaders are the followers stepping stone to success. Leaders turn followers into protégés. Eventually making that once upon a time "follower" into the present "star student" thus catapulting the star student into the new pacesetter. That's what leaders do in a nutshell.

We Strive For The Same Things....

At Wealthy Affiliates we all want the same things. We all want to be entrepreneurs. We all want to succeed in our niches. We all want to be ranked in the famous 100 leaders crew. We all want award stickers. We all want a success story to tell. We all want to fly out and meet the founders, leaders, and followers in our network in Vegas. So let's be kind to each other and hit that green button especially when someone reaches out to you and wants a friendship relationship.
