Back In The Game!
The most frustrating aspect of starting something totally new is the same thing I struggle with the most: Burn Out!
In the past few weeks, I found myself a loss for words (literally) in the content department. I reached out to fellow members and still couldn't put anything together. I feel that by adding more to my plate, I was keeping myself from moving forward.
So I had to switch plans! Not so much a physical plan, but a mental plan. You see, I'm trying to create two different websites at the same time while going through both WA courses. I know, I'm probably doing it the hard way. But my motivation was sky high after joining and I was rolling!
Then I hit a creative wall and soon found myself in the same slump that lead to my demise in the past. I know I do not want to go down that path again. So I reevaluated my goals and redirected my thinking methods.
Instead of trying to fit everything in the spare time I have in between my 8-5 job, being a father, a husband, and a Mr. Fix It, I decided to schedule my projects. I'll tackle one of my websites or courses during a certain time frame after work, making sure my time doesn't interfere with tea parties or Barbie dance offs. Once my time is up, it's up.
I think by changing my ways, I'm allowing my mind to separate the two (or three, or four) projects I'm trying to accomplish. I can think more clear and have my vision back. Now it's time to put it into high gear.
So I say to my fellow WA members, I'm Back In The Game!

I know what you are talking about. I was trying to do the same at one point, but decided to put the other on hold while I concentrate on one website. When I am finished with that course I will continue the other one. Afterall we are not going anywhere too soon, so we will have all the time to work on our projects. All the best on what you are doing.
