How to Start Your Day Happy?
Top coach Joseph McClendon III has taught a simple way I will remember for the rest of my life. Every morning Joseph begins his day by putting a wide smile on his face immediately after waking up even before he gets up.
That's it! He doesn’t expect the day to start smiling at him, but begins his day by “forcing” himself to smile.

Enjoying Life Is a Choice
People who smile enjoy their lives more. Enjoying life, like happiness, is a choice. Can you choose to enjoy doing something you don’t like and don’t care about?
Indeed! In the same way that happiness, enjoyment also arises within you, not from external experience.
If you are not interested in doing your job, would you be more comfortable if you enjoyed doing it? At least I have.
What if your own thing, what you really want to create in your life, involves doing something you wouldn’t want or would like to do?
Whatever you do, it will probably include what you want and don’t want. Everything always has those two sides.
A spouse is a good example: Everyone has their own pros and cons. Those unwanted sides can be seen as a problem or you can practice enjoying the whole thing and the journey.
In order to succeed in getting what you want in your life and to make the trip more enjoyable and to be able to do challenging things along the way, it is essential to learn how to enjoy life.
You may have a stranger to enjoy doing something nasty or solving a problem, but believe me, it’s possible and really makes life a lot easier.
Do You Always Need a Smile?
Then do you always need to smile, be super happy and enjoy as hard as you can? No, no and no.
Your personal freedom is to smile, be happy and enjoy just as much as you feel good. In life, all emotions are allowed and also recommended.
You will also be sad and experience all the other feelings, whether they are nasty or good.
If you want to get what you want, practice to either enjoy life more or experience more happy moments, no matter what your life situation is now.
It will do good for your life anyway - and a good time to start is right now!

I wake up and think of things I am grateful for, which makes me smile and starts the day on a good note.
It takes more muscles to work and contracts if you are frowning than smiling...so smile and looks young and cool!

Yes it is up to us to be happy. We are the master of our happiness. It is true that it is not always easy to be happy, especially for people who suffer from depression. But the important thing is to always seek happiness even when life is playing tricks on us.
