Do you eat fresh fruits and vegetables everyday?

Fresh fruits and vegetables are all good for health. yes, it is true. But to know what fruits and vegetables are bad for gout is really essential for natural gout treatment.

I agree with jemorrison48 if it is to prevent attacks perhaps something like, Preventing Gout attacks ...... your writing is improving all the nice it is a good post and a credit to the hard work you put in

If the article is going to be about helping prevent gout attacks...then I would recommend working that in to the headline. I believe it works better for keywords and will be more interesting to the reader. Otherwise nice.
