A Logo
I've decided it's time to make logos for my websites. I know I need to get more content on both of them since I've neglected things the past week or so. I've heard about Logo Maker, but does anyone else have great suggestions for making a logo? I could definitely take the time to draw my own, but I'm so picky when it comes to this stuff.

i have checked your websites to see how difficult it will be to create a logo if you have already to start with...
I would not be able to create a decent logo I think.... :-)
Anyways, I just quickly checked on the internet and saw the 2 articles:

In both list LogoMaker appears so when you are used to work with this program I would take this one.
But if that does not make a difference then I personally would chose the Jeta Logo Designer, because of all the 5000 vector icons & shapes, nearly 400 templates for logo, 200 shape styles and it is a free software; check: http://www.jeta.com/logos/free.php
It is an opinion, but I am not an experienced designer or logo specialist...

Wow! Thank you so much! I will look into the resources you provided. Part of me wants to do it myself, but as I said I'm so picky about stuff. I plan to do some writing tonight, so I think this weekend I'll put it on my calendar to work on!! I appreciate your input!
Your welcome and if your logo (or logos) are ready, give a sign cause I am curious how they will look like....

I am not much good with logo's did get one done on fiverr.com which is decent however I am fortunate that my daughter is quite the artist so she is making me one.. some people have used cooltext to do their's
I've looked at some of the work on fiverr. The basic designs I've seen are nice but just too basic...if you know what I mean. I want something that will really pop and stick in peoples' minds. I'll look into cooltext to see if I can create something I like! It's one I haven't heard of....of course I haven't heard of a lot of logo makers!! =) Thank you!!
If no joy there you can try this training it is a bit older but might be worth a shot, if not you can perhaps pm he is a great help. Create A Custom Logo or Banner With Gimp
