Facebook Page Update: 60k Followers And Opening Up The Doors Of Monetization
It's been awhile since I made an update post on this topic, but my Facebook page has recently crossed the 60k follower mark. To get to that point, I followed this approach:
- 2-3 reels videos a day (posting them in a post, not a separate reel)
- 1-2 picture posts a day
- Linking only 1x to my website from these daily posts (you want to try and keep people in FB and not get them to your site while you are in the page growing process)
Now that I've reached this point, I'm going to start testing something new:
- Making 5-10 FB posts a day (maybe 1 of them will be a reels in post)
- Each one will link back to my website
The goal now is just to start trying to get as much traffic as possible to my website. Enough growing and getting likes and followers, now it's time to make the moola! Will keep you all posted.

Actually Vitaliy I have a question about facebook if you don't mind? I post in a lot of groups, and whenever I get a reaction to a post, I invite the person to follow my page. I get loads of people sharing my posts from groups, but I can't work out how I invite the sharers to follow the page, and the same with the people who comment on the post? I can only see how to invite those who react. Any tips would be great please!!
Thanks so much,
Melissa
Hi Melissa I'll try to look into this more. Personally I don't do much Facebook posting on other groups so this is new to me. I do believe though that your page is shared on the feed of those who interact with it through the shares and comments you get, so in a way this sort of handles itself, although it is up to the person to follow your page or not.
Thanks Vitaliy. Typically the groups that I post in are private groups, so their comments don't appear on their feed. The posts only appear on their feed if they share it to their own page. What I'm seeing is quite a few people sharing my content, but they don't follow my page and I'm not seeing an invite mechanism for commenters and sharers, and FB help doesn't give any pointers.
That's great Vitaliy. My content isn't everyone's cup of tea, and it's been quite a bit of work just to reach 250 followers.

2-3 reels videos a day (posting them in a post, not a separate reel)?
You shared the videos as a normal post is it bud?
Yes correct, you get way more reach and followers that way than if you post a reel seperately.
Thanks for the tip bud. Jesus 60k followers that’s incredible how long do you have the page up?
Thanks! A few years but I seriously started growing it late last year.
I created my new Facebook page few days ago I just need to be consistent I struggle with consistency I’ll have to work on it big time!
I posted few blogs and this very blog to my page I created images few reels going to focus on reels and images and not too many blog posts to keep them on my page.
Posting 2-3 reels videos a day is super easy. Takes 10 min on total for me.
How do you get the ideas for what kinda reels you would do?
The reels I made so far are a Canva video saying good morning and a few words.
I just have a lot of them on my phone from my travels so I just load those up. You can use places like Canva and find videos and images there too for content.
Sound as a pound
Which is better Canva or Blaze
I just use canva
