How to Create a Powerful CPR
Congratulations! If you've made the decision to be Sober, or Alcohol-Free!
How to Create a Powerful CPR for Sober Travel to Family and Events
Life is so much sweeter without the embarrassment of poor decisions & behavior while having too much to drink. Or, trying to remember what you said, and to whom the night before. It feels so good to not have a hangover in over 31 years to date.
Are you planning a trip to visit a family who enjoys their alcohol? Most of the time, it's not the booze that will scare you, it could be the fear of an unexpected emotional meltdown that throws you for a loop.
Plus, most people are so happy and fun to be around while they're "lit up" in the glow of wine, yet the morning after is often the worst time to be with people who overindulge.
People with hangovers are low energy, less fun, and can be downright grouchy to be with. If you're like me, you'll want to protect your precious energy field by having a Power-Tool to have in place for the day of and during the time you spend with people who drink alcohol.
Alcohol is a depressant. It robs your tissues and cells of moisture, depletes your brain from being sharp, and your emotions being balanced. There isn't anything good for your beautiful body that comes from drinking alcohol. It kills your organs and steals your dreams.
Both, my husband and I have over 62 years of combined sobriety since 1988 and we're beginning to see our friends lose their lives to this insidious disease. It's a slow painful, agonizing process.
Have No Fear! Nancy Kerner is here! I'll show you a wonderful tool that I use to get the results that you really want to experience.
May You Discover the Source of Your Power ~ Your Beautiful Open Heart!
In loving gratitude, Nancy
