Hello, I'm Victoria.

Here's a great quote: Be pulled by success rather than pushed by fear!

Before falling down the rabbit hole of crypto and blockchain in early 2018, I earned a bachelor of science from Lincoln University, double majoring in conservation ecology and animal science.

Currently, I'm working on my PgDip in Digital Marketing.

When not working on digital content, I spend most of my time reading, travelling off the beaten track, studying random diplomas "for fun", or tending to my collection of over 100 houseplants.

I also have a huge interest in personal growth and spirituality.

Here are some realistic answers for you!

QUESTION #1: How much money per month would you be happy earning?
$300

QUESTION #2: How much money per month would you be REALLY excited earning?
$1000

QUESTION #3: How much TIME are you willing to invest to achieve these goals?
As this is a side interest (to start with) I have 2 hours per week to commit to this.
While this may not sound like a lot to most of you, I'm working full time, studying full time and have a 1yo son so, my time is currently prioritised elsewhere.
Once I finish studying, I will have more time to devote to this new project.
And, my goals will change with time.
1
Money I would be happy earning
2
Money I would be ecstatic earning
3
Time I'm willing to invest to achieve my goals

Strawberry Cream pie with Strawberry Puree.
In a juicer add 2 or 3 crates of strawberries topped take enough strawberries in half to fill bottom of pie shell take 1 shot of juice set aside in frig put the rest of the juice in freezer, take pulp add it to 2 small cartons of heavy cream 36 % is best with a mixer till almost fluffy add the shot of juice and mix till like whipped cream
In a gram cracker pie shell add cut strawberries to the bottom add cream, take out almost frozen juice and place in center of pie (I used a small spoon to scoop out center) add more cut strawberries to the top you could add shaved chocolate here but that's up to you, to make this pie rich add one chilled can
sweetened and condensed milk to the heavy cream also make sure your heavy cream is chilled it will mix better in the end. have a blessed day

For todays dinner we are having seasoned and smoked pork tenderloin. This is a 2 lb tenderloin.smoked for 1 1/2hrs. At 350 This tender loin was pre seasoned in the wrapper.smith field is the brand name.

Asparagus with baby red potato's sliced placed wrapped in foil on the bbq, with 3 large pads of butter.i like my asparagus sorta crunchy so just as the butter melts away I place them on the grill without the foil. Had a cabin salad yes cabin it's my own creation almost like a Caesars but made with arugula lettuce and spinach leaves with onion chopped, small portabella sliced.shaved carrots.shaved granny smith apples.i love walnuts but I have no upper teeth.so I boil them till they are soft drain them let them dry add to salad.i add a sprinkle of sugar then add my dressing usually a raspberry style dressing. I sliced the tenderloin sideways there are some that like it spicy and nothing else works better then Louisiana hot sauce with honey mix equal parts drizzle over the top. I love sweet tea, I'm also a coke cola fan cherry coke is my favorite. Also love me some good coffee.
Let us pray. Our father thank you for this most beautiful day we all woke up and we are all breathing. I ask you great one to bless this food and my friends. For we are the image of you. In your heavenly name my lord amen. Enjoy my friends.

Ok Vickie ....This is what's for dinner tomarow. 2 thick cut porkchop almost 2 lbs stuffed with crabmeat and shirmp.with a sorta like bearnaise sause.made of garlic baby onions. smoked paprika.and creole with sea salt and black pepper.teaspoon of honey. (not me from bees ) lol..blend these ingredients with the cooked crab and shrimp, set aside in a warm place. Baby red potatos sliced cooked and lightly seasoned with galicbutter salt.and dill weed.with a Cesar's salad.and many dressings.
I placed my 2 pork chops sliced like butterfly style in the smoker for 1hr on 350 smoked with applewood and cherry pellets. My binder was honey mustard.with any rub you like or just the binder works fine too. My rub was Jim Beam bbq seasoning. Depending on how you like your chops mine are no pink but juicy. I turned off the flame and let them both come to internal temp of 160 degrees. To keep slice from sticking while cooking 2 bamboo sticks side by side. Add crab and shrimp place in the chops. Serve with the baby reds and salad. With a light red zinfandel. More on the sweet side of zinfandels. Or whatever it is you like to drink.
Then I leave with this open prayer....Father we are here to enjoy this beautiful dinner that you have let me share with good friends. Lord let thy holy spirit bless each one of them this day ole lord. In your heavenly name my father. Amen.

Dennis.

The pork, potatoes, and salad sound amazing. I'm not the biggest seafood fan though, but I'd definitely try it!

Sweet Alaskan fresh water shrimp and Alaskan crab mixed together after they are cooked. Then put into a blender with the sauce.

Wow Dennis, you can come cook that for me any day! Sounds delicious!

I’m currently eating some chopped pork chops with bokchoy, garlic, onions, raisens and white sweet potatoes. Oh, and I added water (while cooking) for a stew affect.

My seasonings were: turmeric, fresh garlic, sage, lemon pepper, cayenne pepper (‘cause I like it hot & spicy), lemongrass, garlic salt, ginger and cumin.

I guess we’re all in a pork chop mood.

Blessings

Hello!

Isn't it a fantastic quote? I only stumbled across it recently and I wish I knew who to attribute it to.

I have a feeling you'd like my office! Quotes and whatnot pinned all over my vision board (which has taken over the wardrobe doors), crystals and other spiritual type things, books galore...

Here's a sneak peak:
