Getting Serious

My first week I spent accomplishing basic training, browsing the site randomly, reading blogs and profiles of my fellow members. What a wealth of personalities and ideas.

I have given the matter of the niche some thought and are about to start building my website. It is the week end and presently am checking domain names for availability and price. I'm having a peak at other site building tools as well.

Loads of questions have come up in this respect alone that I eventually will put to the community in the Live Chat.

However I refrain from jumping right in. There are those who say we learn as we go along. But once something is 'out there' it sticks. Especially awkward stuff.

So I rather spend time planning the look of the site, evaluate products and most of all create content. Before deploying the web site to the world wide web I'd like to have some content ready in case a won't be able to work on it a while.

And that's where it gets serious: I created a time table for me with fix allocated time for specific actions.

I said I won'tbe jumping right in but neither do I want to put off the go live of my site for too long. Another thing is that I may very well lose myself in reading your articles (as much as I love it) instead of working on my business.

I apologize at this point in advance for not re-following someone right away or commenting a post instantly. I now have a time window dedicated to this task!

I suppose there will be a learning curve and it will take a while to get a routine.

It is a balance. If you aren't careful, it is easy to get too carried away and have less tome for blogging.

Hi Evgeniya
My thoughts exactly. It' better to think it through first than having to change later on. Thank you for your kind offer to help.
Best wishes to you, too

Hi, Verescha! This is a good start and I think no need to be on hurry - give yourself some time to think on how you're going to arrange your web-site - just to do it once and forever, make sure it is comfortable to use and read and not to change again.
And filling with content - this is a #1 priority before you will present your site to others - otherwise how would you get traffic if there is no content?
I wish you all the best on your way and please let me know if I may be of any assistance, although I am also quite new here, I will be happy to help as much as I can.
