It's duplicate content, not only from Google's point of view but also Street Articles. You never want to drive traffic away from your site, only to it, so your SA articles should encourage people to visit your site, you shouldn't encourage people to leave your site to visit SA. It's the same at WA, no content must be duplicate, ie. anything published here must be unique,

You can write a related article and link it back to your website but it must be new and fresh, otherwise. You don't want to be penalized by the search engines for duplicate content by posting the same article in two places.

You're best to post a reworded summary of the article on your blog with a link to the article on Street Articles so those reading can go there to read the full article.
