How do I cancel my membership and get a refund?

Thank you everyone for your help. I'm not using this platform for a while now because I'm prioritizing other projects. Having a yearly membership I didnt realize that it would renew automatically without notice. How can I ask for a refund?
Hi - as a premium member, you agree to automatic, recurring renewals, as per the terms and conditions of the platform, and there are no refunds. However, if you believe you have good cause, you would need to send Kyle a Private Message, and explain your reasons.
I'm so sad that you're considering leaving WA. I've been a Premium Member since 2015 and there have been many times I got frustrated and wanted to quit, but I'm so glad I didn't. Is there anything I can help you with? Debra

Good day to you, Vera. We are saddened that you have decided to leave WA but understand sometimes life gives us choices that we must take. I have been a member since 2014 and I continue to pay my yearly plan (Thanksgiving Black Friday). I still get aggravated but I know in the near future I'll be very happy that I didn't quit.
As far as a refund that won't happen. I would suggest (unless Kyle decides differently), to use your yearly membership to build a site to take with you when your yearly membership is complete. I wish you good fortune in making a wise decision.
