The Honeymoon Is Over
So I'm almost done with level 2 of the Online Entrepreneur Certification, and I must say, it's been a lot of fun! My initial goal was to get familiar with the platform and the fundamentals of building a business online.
The niche I've chosen to start with is a niche that I am very interested in. Still, I do have other niches closer to my heart that I'm planning to build a business from in the future. The reason I didn't start with the things I am most passionate about is that I know me. I would be far too self-critical about the content, and it would take forever to create anything. I've come to the conclusion that I need to start out slow and learn the ropes before I go out on deepwater and possibly burn my self out in the process.
Two things slow me down when I'm creating content:
My regular job and the fact that English is not my native language; I'm always second-guessing my text, and I'm very self-conscious.
The support from the community is fantastic, and it strengthens my confidence.
I have several goals:
- To go through all the training.
- Start an additional niche
- Create content faster
- Start making money
