What support?

Even though I'm new to this online marketing I'm finding out that it's not as easy as I was hoping it would be. Don't get me wrong, I'm not afraid of hard work and I love doing the research on my niche which is the cannabis industry.

im finding out more about the cannabis industry then I ever knew before and I learn more and more every day. But it seems that all I do is read about how to improve my website And trying to make all the components mesh with one another. I can't get my emails to open or there is some wrong with this or that and when I ask for help there isn't any one offering me any advice on what I need to do or they misunderstand my question and give me advice on something else that has nothing to do with what I'm asking. So I can't get a straight answer from any one and I'm left trying to figure it out on my own. I spend more time with this bullshit then I do on content. Thanks everyone for your "suport". There's my negative review.

I would say that 99% of any of the issues I've needed help with I have found the answers to in the question section at the top of the page. When I say 'issue' I mean things that I don't know how to do.
As soon as you start typing into the search bar a list of possible links appear beneath.
I just keep changing my search words until I see something that looks like it night help. Most times it does.
The chances are,someone has already asked the same or similar question.
If it is a more technical issue then, as Andre has said, you can ask through 'Site Support' They are normally extremely quick to respond and resolve any problems you might have.

You are stating that you can't get a straight answer from anyone and you are left figuring it on on your own and spend more time with the BS than working on your content.

You need to realize this is also a two-way street.

You asked a question the other day about your email.

You got an answer from one of the super affiliates with WA who has been here for a long time.

You got the answer given to you with not one but two links to help you out.

Yet you fail to respond to his response to you.

Now you are complaining about the support you feel you are not getting???

How can we know if what you are given is working if you don't respond back to those who are here helping you and actually responding to your question?

You also have Site Support you can send a ticket in as well
The answer to your question is in the first link you received by the member who did respond to you on the same day as you posted your question.



Did you actually go to the link?

Did you try what was given to you in the video by Kyle?

Did it work?

Are you still having issues with getting your email set up?

Did you send a ticket to site support?

Building a website that earns income is both an art and a science; it requires patience and hard work.

You already have a niche that you're passionate about, so you're ahead of the game.

But in order to present your subject matter in a way that attracts readers and converts to sales does require effort.

Take your time with each step of the training, and keep asking for help. The community here is very supportive. Site Support can also help out with technical issues.
