Begging the Trust and Support from themefarmer.

HI! All my WA supporting souls and helping hands, I need your help to solve my difficulty which is detailed as follows:
Some 3-4 days ago, I found a theme - StoreOne in WP platform inside WA, which I liked a lot because of its excellent responsiveness and professional look for eCommerce. Then, I followed the suggestions to buy its Pro version with its related public and private keys, but I do not know how to install this Pro version so to replace its FREE version for bettering e-Commerce.

I hoped my seeking the help of this kind will not incite an excessive, even brutal attention of our WA online police. If occurring, I beg a pardon since I just need a help as fast and convenient as possible.
Since this purchase with the following difficulty to get support from the Company, I have tried to communicate with www.themefarmer.com in three ways: chat line, email, and submitting support ticket for 3-4 times over the past 3-4 days, but with no trace of response. This Company has no direct line but chat, email, and inquiry ticketing. I have done all.
For the above difficulty, I seek your suggestions on what I can and should do as soon as possible because I have been excited in building a functional site for eCommerce as you can see at visiting it. Again, I seek for help, not for self-promotion please.

I may send the same message to some of our WA Ambassadors to beg for help if this post could not generate an appropriate solution. Of course, I may have to just toss the money and forget it, but I really like the look and responsiveness of this theme - StoreOne.

Try to reach them through that channel. A bit of threatening statement that you are going to ask for refund if the problem is not looked into would normally calls for their action.
