Make sure you are giving the correct help for community credits
If you are trying to earn community credits to get feedback and comments on your website, make sure that you give people what they are asking for. So you can get what you are asking for.

I have requested feedback and people have replied to it as if they were commenting on my website.
If they have questions in their comment, I am happy to answer them. However, it would have been nice to actually receive the feedback I was looking for after mentioning the mistake that had happened.
